Koo’s World Famous Showroom represents both real and virtual spaces. The journey began in Buam-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, where a clothing store of this name was found. The fact that it was categorized as a “museum” on the map intrigued the artist, as she constantly contemplated the identity and functions of an “exhibition venue.” She opened a website with that very name and collected documents and images related to exhibition spaces.
