Produce recycled leather products

Founded in 2001, ENR is an innovative green company in Korea. ENR’s recycled leather products use 90% less water and have an 80% lower carbon footprint than traditional leather. It is expected CO2 emission reduction because ENR uses Landfill leather scraps as its primary raw material.
For ENR recycled leather making process, leather scraps from tannery floors and turn them into fibers by pulverization. Using a powerful hydro process, those fibers then get fused with other inputs and turned to sheet. After undergoing various processes and a finishing process that may include pigmentation, the completed product goes onto a roll to be cut, better cutting efficiency than genuine leather. It has Korea (10-2011-0090541) and US Patent (10,207,476,B2) and GRS certified leather recycling standard, it is applicable to footwear, apparel, upholstery, car seat and interiors and many of other potential industrial needs.
